Eadie-hofstee plot
(Science: biochemistry) a graphical representation of enzyme kinetic data in which the velocity of the reaction is plotted on the vertical axis as a function of the v/S ratio on the horizontal axis, with s being the initial substrate concentration.
The intercept on the ordiate is vmax, the slope is Km. Preferable to the Lineweaver Burke plot.
Synonym: Eadie-Augustinsson plot, Woolf-Eadie-Augustinsson-Hofstee plot.
