RNA and amine groups ?
Hi !
I would like to know if it is possible to link an amine group to a RNA. This is in order to link a fluorochrome and follow its shifting. Or does anyone have any idea if there is a kit to bind fluorochrome to RNA ?
Thanks per adavance for your help !!

Don't know, what kind of fluorochrome, but it definitelly should be possiblle if there are DNA chips and similar stuff
Just join it to either end of the strain. If you wished to use amines anyway, you could join it to the carbonyl groups of basis, so than you will have affected binding to complementary strand

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
