pH of ammonium carbonate
I can't remember what pH ammonium carbonate is.
I've searched http://en.wikipedia.org.wiki/Ammonium_carbonate but I can't find the answer there.
I need to know the pH so I can find out if phenolphthalein would work better in a titration with HCl than screened methyl orange would.
Thanks for the help.

Why can't this be left blank?
Re: pH of ammonium carbonate
A solution of 100g/l in water at 20 C has a pH of 9.
PHP should work at pH of 9.
