expression vector fusion proteins with Ig Fc parts

Post by Mikevnjp » Tue Mar 13, 2007 6:05 am

Hello everybody

I am looking for an expression vector with a strong promoter and the possibility to produce aminoterminal fusion proteins with Ig Fc parts. Does anybody know a comercial source for such a vector?

Thanks a lot

Well, I guess you can start with Invitrogen...
