1 band only of plasmid

Hi alll...
On plasmid isolation, Im getting only 1 sharp and distinct band of plasmid instead of three...Is there any problem with my result..if so, plz tell me....

No.. yes.. wait? How would we know there are thousands of plasmids and many things you can do to them, how do you expect us to know what could be wrong if you do not provide a modicum of information? What plasmid are you purifying? How? What do you do?
