Problem with micro BCA assay

I am using micro BCA protein Assey kit, when i am using fresh D.water it gives correct assay but when i am using old D.Water , with out add of any sample (protein), color change.
suggest me why it is happening

what exactly do you mean by old distilled water? Was it used? Was it stored in glass?

why don't you ask at your forum, if you're spamming here all the time? :twisted:
