If mutations contribute to aging the only way to completely solve etc the issue etc of them contributing to aging would be to replace the genes right (Ie by doing organ transplants, gene therapy- ie homologous recombination gene therapy so as not to lengthen the genome etc etc) (I mean assuming organ transplants gene therapy etc are currently all valid, usable options etc with our current technology etc, even if right now they are not)

Yes, the gist of gene therapy is to correct the mutated gene.

Technology of correcting and finding the mutated gene (before it can do harm) is not here yet.
