Biology high school questions about dynamic ecosystem :D

Why is it that the tse-tse fly in an ecosystem comprising of zebras and grass has a number greater than the zebra?
2.
Why do hawks have the highest level of insectide accumulation over a period of time, after insectide is sprayed to kill caterpillars?

The size of the pond become smaller due to the growth of amphibious plants from the centre of the pond. True or false?
4.
Can microorganisms be used to produce antibodies?
P.s. Some of the questions here may be subject to faulty, due to the book I'm using had once provided me with two wrong answers. I'm just checking with you guys to see which is which is right
