Can you save and reuse TBE (tris borate edta) after running an agarose gel :?:

Often reuse it without problems. IF you want publication grade picture, you might want to work with fresh reagents, otherwise I'd say 5 times without problem, and up to 10 if you are careful (top it with water after use to compensate for evaporation and electrolysis) and I still get gels that are good enough to read a PCR result.
