Hi again. To apply what you just said: 300mM is 0.3M concentration. to prepare a liter--> 0.3 x 281.35 = 84.41 g for 10 ml of CHX solution --> dissolve 0.844 g in 100% take 50 ul of CHX solution and add it to the 50 ml solution and this way I will obtain 300 uM final concentration?
