I don't know more about genetics of voice But I think u have observed that pitch of voice also changes b'coz of testosteron secretion. So does it mutate those genes or they r already mutated? First we can't say! ( as we r not Chameleones :lol: )
But depends; it can change its colour according to environment; but why to change colour when it is alone or in a group of males?
WHy it will spend its energy on such things when there is no need?
