I think you are missing Jackbean's point. Mutations arent always apparent, and only gets unmasked after multiple generations of inbreeding. Even with the good genes, inbreeding and variations you create will lead to defects along the way. Dog breeders, pet makers discard the the defect dogs all the ...

Re: cancer spread biology?

necrosis through the generalized inflammation your body is having and the cancer surrounding is certainly known. The TNF alpha and other interlukins that foster necrosis would be all over the place. Then there is also ischemia, free radical damage etc etc. No too much about apoptosis.

Re:

In Groningen University (The Netherlands) is some nice research going on about this topic (as I understood) Interesting thought, many year...

Re: Natural selection ends in absurdity or nonsense

ok ok lets cool it down. NS does decrease the BAD gene frequencies, why shouldnt it. But guess what, in our universe mutations happen ok, it just does, and those genes come back up so all in all the frequency tries remain as it is.

Re: Natural selection ends in absurdity or nonsense

so according to your entire premise when the individual with the bad genes die the overall number of bad genes in the population drops till it's all gone? That sounds so dandy and simple to you doesnt it.
