Oh since we are in the small intestine I have guess maybe enterocytes. The complexes are broken once it gets taken. From blood it goes to a lot of places, oh like your CNS first example.

1. antibody directly inhibit antigen google image will answer you
2. recruit complements google image
3. recruit those big cells that eat the antigens up. google image

good question Remember the retroviruses go 1 more step and that is they integrate their DNA into the host. Once it's integrated that DNA stays for life (of the cell) You will get more copies of the virus as a result. If the virus use its RNA alone at some point that RNA is going to degrade, remember...

This is a pretty straightforward thing, you dont trust wikipedia? intrinsic factor has to bind to b12 for it to be endocytosed.

If you rephrase your question ask what is B12 deficiency like then I can help you there because that sounds more like the questions you are wondering.
