Hi everybody:

What is the best practical book for analysing the DNA sequence. I need step by step book, my information is not that much about it so I need a book that help me in doing such thing and explain the steps simply?

Screening test

1- Explain why should screening tests not be used for rare detect diseases or conditions?
2- Should a test for a disease with high mortality rate but which can be cured if diagnosed early have a high sensitivity or high specificity ? Why ?
