Vitamin Supplements

Dear All, just wondering why would these cause you to feel sick i.e. I purchased a tube of Beesline Vitamin C + Zinc dissolvable tablet sweets that you take with water. As soon as I take it I feel very sick with a headache. I've only taken 2 so far & just to build me due to the cold weather etc....

bromophenol blue - adding too much!!

Hi, just wondering if it matters when you add too much of this when making 4x sample treatment buffer? Many thanks. I was making up sample treatment buffer and quite alot of the bromophenol blue fell in & it looks really dark blue - can I still use it ok?

Hey, thanks for the reply. No, just walking around lab all day - always on my feet so probably the same as exercise :D Alot of the time I crave salt by lunchtime.

Why crave salt?

Another question to ask is why do we crave salt? The other day I was craving for packets of crisps & ate 3 in one go!! I work in the lab for about 8 hours everyday and probably don't drink that much water during the day, could it be dehydration??
