Differentiating media for yeast

Hi... Can anyone tell me the media which can be used to differentiate between different strains of yeast (e.g. different strains of S.cerevisae). I have used PDA for growth but colony morphology of all the strains seems alike. Kindly help me if any such media is available to differentialte on colony...

Immune response due to egg.

I have a question regarding immune response. Why our body doesn't respond when we eat eggs or other proteins. If it is protein, it should behave as antigen. Why this non-self protein does not start immune response?

No.3 is quite incorrect because virus is acellular. It can not be considered as a microbial cell.
