Concentrations

A solution of BCG (10mg/L) was used.
1.0 ml of BCG was added to 4.0 ml of water.
How do I find out the moles/litre for this?
Molecular weight of BCG is 698.

Molar Extinction Coefficient Trouble!

I have a graph of absorbance against concentrations of BCG dye at 614 nm. I have been asked to estimate the molar extinction coefficient for BCG from the graph and show how my value was calculated.
