COEFFICIENT OF VARIATION :(

What do you guys consider as acceptable cv when you analyse your data that is for example in triplicates (such as real time pcr triplicates)?
I was told that if cv is less than 25 = variability is ok

Hi All, I need to use one of these three antibodies to detect TUBA1 protein in HUVEC cells using western blots: TUBA1 isotype IgG2b TUBA1 isotype IgG2a TUBA1 isotype IgG1 Does anyone know what the main difference between the three IgGs is and which one would you recommend to use?
