maybe 2-D polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis helpful for you, you can seperate, identify, and measure whole proteins in yur cell sample

Hey , I have never tried at plants but you can check "Giemsa dye" out how can it impact abnormalities onto plant chromosomes.

Dear all,


We have protein sequence which is unknown, when we checked any databases we see that it is probably new. the aim is how we can make this protein produced via vectors using molecular approaches? What can be experimental design.
