A major orthodox system of hindu philosophy based on sankhya (metaphysical dualism) but differing from it in being theistic and characterised by the teaching of raja-yoga as a practical method of liberating the self. It includes a system of exercises for attaining bodily or mental control and well-being with liberation of the self and union with the universal spirit.

Hi, I think if we want to burn our calories and loss fat than we have to do some regular exercises and yoga. Exercise will help you out in this process and also contain a healthy diet and avoid Junk Food. Stella

... to this, literally saying she felt like an electrical current was going through her. I find I do things that lessen this;running;meditation;yoga. I really should quit my coffee intake. LOL.

On a cellular level, why do people who do Yoga tend to be shaped differently than those who lift weights.
