I have been searching for what the normal weight of an ectomorph should be. Does anybody know this? In my case my height is 1.70 m and I whey 55 Kg. Of course this suits me fine as I feel good everyday but I do wake up way too late because I feel like I have no energy. I hope someone can help ...
