What does hemagglutination look like?... you can do regular ABO blood typing test with appropriate antiserum. To get fresh blood, you can go to hospital and asking for whole-blood for transfusion. Blood group inheritance, IBO 2007 question... have a choice(for the reasons stated above). Med School books here recommend that O blood can be given to another blood type only once and the transfusion should not exceed 500mL of blood.
