Hi there, what exactly genome wide screening? I guess it is when you look at genes for mutations etc? How is it done? Thanks in advance, b_06er

OK, I found a method that works: Hydroxylamine Mutagenesis. I got sooo many mutants, now it's time for screening... I tried one protocol that asked for incubation at a high temp for a short amount of time. This didn't make sense to me since hydroxylamine is denatured at high ...

Parallel CHO-S cultivation in stirred tank bioreactors

... DO) how parallel cell density results could be achieved? Let say if standard deviation of cell density is about 15% would this be acceptable when screening different environmental conditions. Of source there is some error in manual calculation of cells that can be included in 15%.
