storing banana in refrigerator... stick the unripe fruit in a bag with a blackened fridge banana. The ethylene being given off by the damaged banana skin will facilitate the quick ripening of other fruits.

Structure of a chromoplast?... This is always associated with a massive increase in the accumulation of carotenoid pigments. The conversion of chloroplasts to chromoplasts in ripening tomato fruit is a classic example. Search in google as chromoplast+structure Thank You.
