Hello, I'm looking for a kinetic model for modeling the AchE with or without antagonists (Tacrine, Galantamine and so on). I mean i would like differential equations so see the production of choline during time. Thanks a lot. Nicolas.

acetylcholine esterase (AchE)

Hello, I would like to know the basal concentration of AchE in the cleft because would like to modeling this enzyme using a kinetic scheme. Currently my model is works only for some concentrations!! Thanks in advance. Nicolas Ambert.

Km Vmax

In a reaction involving 8 different concentrations of ethyl butyrate and esterase i have worked out the Km and Vmax values to be 0.8mM and 0.13 respectively. I am unsure if these values are accurate, i used the Lineweaver-burke plot to determine them. My 1/v ...
