Re: DNA denautration by pH Hi! during my bio lecture (2nd yr) the prof mentioned that denaturation of DNA can occur by increasing temp or increasing pH. I understand that at higher temps the Hbonds will break between nucleotides, but how does denaturation occur at higher pH? i guess im looking for the process. thanks lauren ...
