Preeclampsia

preeclampsia

(Science: obstetrics) A toxaemia of late pregnancy characterised by hypertension, oedema and proteinuria, when convulsions and coma are associated, it is called eclampsia.

It occurs after the 20th week of gestation, but it may develop before this time in the presence of trophoblastic disease.

Bloating

... in my pregnancy and was all good health wise until my very last appointment before i was to have baby. That's when my doctor diagnoised me with PREECLAMPSIA or another word for it is TOXEMIA. I went into the hospital that night and my blood pressure was super high...everything was being monitored ...
