Problems with gene knockdown

... the shRNA sequences. The problem is the results don't seem to traslate well into in vitro systems. I analysed 8 sequences with the assay and made virus with them. pfu=plaque forming units..those are active virus progeny.. you can calculate recombination frequency from such data..
