How does a cell know how big it is?... of the volume/surface area ratio. Logical enough. However, it is a fact that some cells are bigger than others, and that each cell type has only a narrow range of possible variation. Re: Important unknown nanotech within humans... which is in accord with previous measurements for the encasing or bounding filament from direct biological samples.
