Why are the offsprings of some animals large but some small?I didn't exactly get your question. But the smallest chameleon in the world is the Brookesia Minima. Adults are about the size of your pinky nail. And the babies are wayyy smaller. So there you do. And its a reptile! Not an insect!!

Help w/ unknownI have the following info on my unknown from lab. I know its a gram + bacillus, facultative, but I cannot nail down the species. I thought is might be B.cereus or B. mycoides? The fact the it is citrate - is throwing me off. Hope you can help! Thanks! glucose + (no gas) lactose ...

pain scale for stings... wondering how they came with the comparisons: Let's this ant in my hand, put the other one in HCl, no HCl is not strong enough... Bring the rusty nail... I guess you need quite a bunch of undergrads to write this kind of paper ;)
