Results from our forumreplylimes have proteolytic but it isn't protease. The break peptide linkage reaction need water and low pH to happen (it cause by citric acid)

limes please... protein become lysis? From what I know is lime has a sour taste (low in pH) and this can make some proteins denaturated. If proteolytic...not only limes..our body also have that kind of substances. Example like peptidase can make a protein become amino-acid...(proteolytic right.. :lol: ). Well ...
