Is Golden Rice dangerous ?... EVERY DAY. There is also no evidence that the provitamin in the rice can be absorbed and used in the body. There are other crops (dark green leafy veggies) that can be used to meet the dietary needs. So given that the benefits are questionable, and the risks unknown - why bother?
