Re: help... used in Eastern Europe in top level sport for psychological preparedness of athletes. It requires consistency and discipline, but its a worthy investment. It will help you. Negative control not negative in RT-PCR... different set of pipettes, different room to prepare and run PCR; good pipetting techique). If the problem is common, convince your boss to invest in a mix containing dUTP and start treating all reactions with UNG.
