Dictionary » G » Garlic GarlicGarlic 1. (Science: botany) a plant of the genus allium (a. Sativum is the cultivated variety), having a bulbous root, a very strong smell, and an acrid, pungent taste. Each root is composed of several lesser bulbs, called cloves of garlic, inclosed in a common membranous coat, and easily separable. 2. A kind of jig or farce. Garlic mustard, a European plant of the mustard family (Alliaria officinalis) which has a strong smell of garlic. Results from our forumRe: Sugar Allergy... problems in his diet book. I found I lost no weight on his strict two-week induction diet until I'd undergone a month of anti-fungal treatment: garlic, pro-biotics and a strict diet. Worth a try for anyone with sugar problems.

Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... I have noticed might be a problem for me is eating white breads. I noticed now, twice, that my tummy immediately grows after I ingest bread items (garlic bread, pastas, etc.). I am personally going to try to cut out white breads and pastas and see what it might do for me. I will respond back if ...
