... just transfer her into the community college in a high-school completion program and let her accumulate usable college credit as she finishes her diploma requirements. I transferred to a community college in my sophomore year. I never did finish the diploma. But I did finish the doctorate.

You helped me a lot. I´m writing my diploma thesis and now I can explain why it did not work up to now. And I will go on working with the enzyme in my pHD. So I will change the buffer next I think... Thank you!! :D

Help me brain storm

... IB guidelines being as clear as mud on what to do. But in the end I didn't really care about the IB grade and it didn't have much effect on the diploma which is mostly exam points.

... And it worked, but I always have some bigger proteins running a little bit above my target-protein on the gel. I now have to explain this in my diploma thesis. I would understand if there would always be some smaller ones. then I would say these are truncated forms of the tagged protein. but ...
