The Fiber Disease... actin-dependent or actin-independent mechanisms of invasion. PMID: 10495707 1999 - The role of actin microfilaments in the down-regulation of the degranulation response in RBL-2H3 mast cells. Allergies... when we got the first allergen and when it comes to the second, IgE will bind the FcE-R in mast cells and causing an influx of Ca2+ and resulting degranulation (histamine secretion). Correct me if I'm wrong..

erythroblastosis fetalis... Their 'sensitive' IgE, which mainly attach on mast cells membrane surfaces, recognize those antigens and then stimulate mast cells activation and degranulation.

White Blood Cells?... hyperreactivity. Heparin inhibits the acute cutaneous reaction due to allergens. In this mechanism heparin inhibits allergen induced mast cell degranulation and prevents subsequent development of reaction cascade leading to inflammation, bronchial hyperreactivity and asthma. So?
