Test on unknown bacteria

Hi I would like to find out is it possible if i do a Cytochrome oxidase c test on gram positive bacteria then use the entero tube for those test negtive and oxi/ferm tube for the posiive ones? bcz i've been finding only this test can be done on gram negative ...

i believe the oxidase test is truly negative and not positive so i'm leaning towards proteus vulgaris. let me know if anyone thinks different. Thanks.
