Help --GFP

Reccently I got a Tie-2- GFP ES cell line and I should differentiat these ES cells into blood vessels and then check them under the confocal miroscope. But the problem is that I can not see any of the green gluorescence in several days of differentiation when the blood vessel morphology ...

Re: human body cell

... flow cytometric analyses. In case of solid tissues, or if there are very few cells to study, one could try to couple the fluorescent dyes with confocal laser scanning microscopy, that allows us to see the positive signal by microscope. This also relies on monoclonal antibodies and cell-specific ...

... NJ) at 1 mg/mL was diluted 1:500 and added to the slides for fluorescence signal detection. Tissue sections were visualized on a Bio Rad confocal microscope at 200X magnification after the application of 15-20µL of Vectashield mountant (Sigma) and a cover slip. The Fiber Disease

... molded from PDMS. Pt electrodes were inserted into the cell and a voltage was a applied. The motion of the protein was then imaged with a Leica Confocal microscope as a function of buffer concentration, distance from the surface, and applied voltage. The mobilities were then compared with those ...
