The Fiber Disease... agendas? Anyway, back to the observation. The black fibers to me are not natural, they are polymer, I believe. However, nanoparticles of metals, alum, titanium, and barium, have been documented in chemtrails, are these the heating mechanisms? So, if the fibers are polymeric, soft, easily incorporated ...
