Results from our forumgel electrophoresis & assays help please... This is a brief 8 step objectives: 1. isolate plasmid vector (pGH327) and pSP1 and purify from e.coli. 2. cut pHG327 and pSP1 with restriction endonuclease HindIII. 3. fragments of pSP1 added to cut pHG327 to allow recombination and then treated with dna ligase to reform phosphodigester linkages ...

Re: DNA Replication-Polymerase/Primer... understand exactly why a primer is needed before DNA polymerase can work.. Because it ensures self-correcting mechanism by 3'->5' DNAP endonuclease activity can work. also I am not a hundred percent sure how DNA polymerase actually works. Can anyone help me with this? Re: Is Spirulina really good for our health ?... a result of damaged cell DNA running amok, causing uncontrolled cell growth. Cellular biologists have defined a system of special enzymes called Endonuclease which repair damaged DNA to keep cells alive and healthy. When these enzymes are deactivated by radiation or toxins, errors in DNA go un-repaired ...

Amino acid sequence... to place them over the region that you wanna change, you will mutate the DNA exactly at the site you want changed. Then you cut it up with an endonuclease and you insert it into your organism. Easy as 1-2-3. Actually not. Very hard  Thanks! By any chance do you have any links too information ...
