What about new forum, something like Literature, where could people post requests for article and more importantly discuss, which books did they read and stuff.

you want to make a forum but is there much to discuss
as in how could you get so many discussions (as in i am referring to what we have in this forum the animal discussion...)

There were just in last week two article requests, also there are several topics about books.
You don't get topic every day in almost any forum, e.g. in Bioinformatics is last post from the mid of January.
But OK, I just asked for the opinion.
