CRISPR/Cas technology

Post by Steven2015 » Wed Mar 18, 2015 6:27 am

Does anyone have experience with generating knockout mice with CRISPR/Cas technology? I have ordered knockout ES cells for my protein and we reached the chimeras stage (male and female ~70% approximately). However, I am not getting heterogeneous mice from the chimeras. I wanted to utilize CRISPR technology. Is it doable in the lab or would we have to outsource to a company to obtain the knockout ES?

For stable cell, I used to order service from Biogene. Here is the url, you can contact them from: ... Lines.html
And if you want use utilize CRISPR technology for animal model, you may contact the company, Animodel. I did not remember the company url, you can search the result on google.
