I'm a student working in an R&D company, and I'm currently working on a H&E histology analysis of rat skin tissue. For the purpose of the study, I need to identify capillaries on the histogram, but I'm not sure how. we thought about recognizing the capillaries by measuring their diameters, but I could'nt find a decent reference for a rat capillary diameter in the skin.
Is the method wrong (identifying by diameter)? or its okay? and if it is okay, does anyone knows how to find what I'm looking for?
