Hi, I have a question considering a swarming assay on E.coli... I did a soft agar (0.3%), in LB, and placed a drop of bacteria in the middle of a plate. If you blow your nose and do a culture, would the grown bacteria be 100% bad, or there would be also some good bacteria? :)
