Phylogenetics bookAny phylogeneticists out there? I did a Masters degree in phylogenetics many years ago but have since gone on to other genetic things. I'm considering a (partial) return, though, and I realize some significant advances have been made since I dabbled in it. Can anyone recommend an up-to-date treatment of this subject? I know Joe Felsenstein came out with a book a few years back. Was this any good? Any other suggestions would be welcome. Although I'm a molecular type, I plan to collaborate with a morphologist, so something that deals with both approaches would be good. Thanks.
