HI
Can anyone tell me why is the frame of the inserted DNA important in bacterial expression system while it is not important for mammalian and baculovirus system?

I am not sure I understand your question. DNA inserted where – into a transformation vector or host genome? Also, what is the insert that it has to be in frame? ORF without ATG? You see in most bacterial expression systems your plasmid transformation vector is usually transcribed directly…
