prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells

I am working on a fifty question biology project and i really need help
I am doing this for our 9th grade biology help and i need to know two differences about prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic cells and two things that are the same.

Eukaryotes have a nucleus, prokaryotes don't
Prokaryotes reproduce with binary fission and eukaryotes reproduce asexually or seuxally

prokaryotic cell:
1) generally small sized
2)consists of an undefined nuclear region containing nucleic acid
3)contains single chromosome
4)membrane bound organelles are absent

eukaryotic cell:
1)generally large sized
2)consists a well defined nuclear region surrounded by a nuclear membrane
3)contains more than one chromosome
4)membrane bound organelles are present
