Why is it harder to sequence CG rich DNA sequences compared to AT rich ?

remember you need to get a single stranded form of DNA before you can sequence.

CG 3 H bonds
AT 2 h bonds

AT is easier to break apart, but if the reaction is hot enough that point is moot :P
