what process that the chromosomes of male and female cut in a particular chromatid then the cutted part of the chromatids of the male and female fused together? and if there is a particular part that must be cut and why?

Do you mean recombination process??? Recombination is a random process (choice of site is random), though recombination sites on chromatids should have homology to each other.
