drink blood?Hi all, thanks for taking a look
i was just wondering, is it alright for a person to drink uncooked blood of an animal? let say like if a person got stuck in an island without drinkable water, will it be alright if the person drinks the fresh blood of an animal? or even, is it good for the body? thank you
If you were ever in such a situation then you should resort to drinking your pee because it would be better than drinking the blood of an animal. - It sounds gross but in a dire situation it might help replenish your body.
Whatdo you mean saltier -a solution that is saltier?

Forgive me for asking, but is this the urine/animal blood taste testing committee?? I really don't think there's any practical applications (in the near future at least) for tasting urine. And I'm pretty sure I'll not debate this issue when I'm stranded on an island and having to decide whether to drink goat pee or goat blood. Yeech....

Since all body fluids in the human mantain about a Sodium density of around 360 miliosmoles, urine and blood would have the same degree of salty taste.
Here is some interesting news that seemed fitting for this link....
